Fueler/Truck Washer

Position Summary:
A Fueler-Truck Washer is responsible for fueling trucks, dispensing gasoline or diesel, washing trucks and performing equipment checks. A Fueler-Truck Washer may also be responsible for general maintenance and cleaning including sweeping and mopping.

Required Skills and Experience:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Class A CDL License.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• 6+ months experience in fueling, maintenance or operation of automotive and heavy equipment.
• Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written communications.
• General mechanical knowledge of a wide variety of vehicles and equipment.
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Requires bending, stooping and occasional heavy lifting of objects weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Must be willing to work an irregular schedule to include any shift, weekends and holidays.
• This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• HazMat and Tanker endorsements

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Fueling trucks and reefer units.
• Washing trucks and trailers
• Perform equipment checks and minor repairs as needed.
• General cleaning inside and outside the facility as needed.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
